Generally, we strive to work with other accredited members of the Homebuilders Association Vancouver (HAVAN), which also holds a positive A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). All sub-trades who work with TQ Construction must agree to uphold standards listed below. Checking the box serves as sign off to comply. Please read and confirm that you agree to meet each of these expectations before applying to be contracted for our projects.

Expectations of Sub-Trades*

Maintain safe clean job site throughout and at end of each day.
Ensure secure job site, should you or your employees be last on site at work day end.
Provide first aid kit in your vehicle and on our jobsite.
Notification of schedule changes to TQ Site Supervisor if you will miss or be late for work.
Notification of job site concerns by other trades to TQ Site Supervisor.
Report immediately any damages or incidents to TQ Site Supervisor - you will be expected to assist in solution and cost associated.
Seek approval from TQ Site Supervisor prior to conducting any changes or additional work outside of agreed scope, even if requested by Client or any others.
Conduct due diligence to ensure that any contractors or staff you employ are fully qualified and background cleared.
Responsibly communicate these expectations to anyone you employ or sub-contract.
No smoking is permitted on TQ Construction job site.
Use of facilities as instructed by TQ Site Supervisor.
Sub-trades come equipped with all tools and materials to do their job; homeowners tools off limits. No exceptions.
Warranty will be provided for minimum 2 years after work complete.
Documentation of any changes to scope of work must be authorized by signature of TQ Site Supervisor.
All work must be carried out to WorkSafe standards.

Please be advised that applicants may require a background check prior to being hired to work on a TQ Construction job. If needed, a further consent from you will be completed at that time.
