The Tao of a Custom Build
When: November 12, 2017
Where: Burnaby Lake
Learn More: Project Case Study
Have you ever been curious about what it takes to tear down and rebuild a home in metro Vancouver? Join us on November 12th for an open house and home tour of this newly constructed modern build in Burnaby Lake. Conversation and questions are encouraged! Our goal is to provide you with an impromptu, casual environment to learn more about our building process and discover the top quality workmanship that TQ is known for. Please see our supplement Custom Build Overview for further highlights and summary of this great escape.
This upscale, single level rancher is a sprawling 3,090 sq. ft. home with 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Finding the existing 2 storey home unsalvageable, TQ started construction of this custom build after demolition in January 2017. The client required age-in-place aspects, inherent with feng-shui considerations throughout the layout and floor plan. The house is clad with aluminum Longboard™ siding, smooth stucco, concrete and a modern metal pitched roof-line. Belted with wooded land, the new house is centered deep on the property to improve privacy and revel in nature.
The number of tickets are limited and are available via charitable donation to the Vancouver Covenant House. Book early to avoid disappointment. Contact Rikki by email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 604.430.9900 for more information.
