Henri Belisle is the President of TQ Construction, a family operated business founded over 3 decades ago by his father Ralph Belisle, who beyond his wildest dreams, grew the business on firm handshakes and knocking doors — building TQ from nothing into a nationally acclaimed company. Committed to upholding TQ’s foundational values for the future, and continuing TQ’s tradition of excellence, Henri is a Red Seal Carpenter trained at BCIT and is continually seeking to deepen his understanding of residential construction. Under Henri’s sustainable leadership, TQ Construction continues to evolve as an innovative and progressive design-build firm that bends to stand the test of time; an industry leader known for top quality craftsmanship and uncommon service. Long before achieving his Red Seal, Henri worked alongside his family in construction as a kid and developed an affinity for the design-build sector. While overseeing the day to day operations of the business, Henri is also a Director of the HAVAN Board, Vice-Chair of the HAVAN RenoCouncil, past Chair of HAVAN’s U40 Committee, and an enthusiastic volunteer and liaison to the Association. He knows that anything is possible if you have the right people around you, with everyone pulling in the same direction.
