SCOPE
Condo

THE OBJECTIVE

To update this condo to minimalist sophistication that made the home owners’ life smooth and easy.

HOW IT WAS ACHIEVED

The condo was styled to make a bold statement of no nonsense and balance thru its dark colour palette and horizontal and vertical lines.

KEY FEATURES

Vertically-oriented sconce lighting, and generous use of recessed pot-lights allow multiple moods (from romantic to get-serious-about-make-up) to be created easily. Extra large, wood grain floor tiles complement dark charcoal wall colour. Shower’s three tone “racing stripe” of glass mosaic tile adds refreshing hint of whimsy.

Extra-deep free standing soaker tub replaces dated built-in. Tiled non-structural accessory ledge, enhances sensation of being in a private oasis when bathing.
