Finding the existing 2 storey home unsalvageable, TQ started construction of this custom build after demolition in January 2017. The client required age-in-place aspects, inherent with feng-shui considerations throughout the layout and floor plan. The house is clad with aluminum Longboard™ siding, insulated concrete forms (ICF), smooth stucco, concrete and a modern metal pitched roof-line. Belted with wooded land, the new house is centered deep on the property to improve privacy and revel in nature.Join us on November 12th for an open house modern home tour of this newly constructed build in Burnaby Lake.
