KEY FEATURES

This home features a stunning view from every room, it was necessary to bring the appearance of the home itself up to the standards of its setting.

An extended roofline overhang invites increased use of the sundecks, while protecting the building envelope. Copper rain chains add fun and fashionable functionality.

Hand-cut scrolled timbers create the patio pergola; its partial glass cover, flanked by stone columns, provides entry shelter to the walk-out entertainment room.

A new deck added to the front bedroom extends the home’s strong horizontal lines on the hilly sloped site. The new Ledgestone chimney anchors the design and compliments the home’s side elevation.

The kitchen is impressively updated to match the calibre of the rest of the home’s new look. Dark cabinetry and rich elegant finishes make for a show stopping view in both directions through new energy efficient windows.
