We listen carefully to your needs, problems and goals for your home. We discuss how your lifestyle impacts the design features best suited to your home. Together, we look at any ideas you might have already sketched out, and we draw up a “must have” list for your home’s new look. We establish a budget. Plus, we explain the design/build process and your role in that process - you are always in control of your renovation.

From concept to completion, TQ will transform your unique vision into a beautiful, functional reality. And at every step of the way, we make sure you have a complete understanding of the work in progress, what is coming up next, and exactly how we are working toward your goals.

When you renovate with TQ, you become an active partner in the design process.  This is the stage where it’s time to decide which existing features are part of the reason why you love your home, and which problem features you want to change. Working with an architect/designer and a contractor, we’ll brainstorm to get ideas flowing and uncover all your options. We might show you some successful design solutions we’ve created in the past for similar situations.  It all adds up to an interactive, pro-active new beginning for your home.

Our designer drafts a set of preliminary drawings and cost estimates. We sit down together once more to ensure that we have captured the vision you have for your home.  And then … this is the exciting part … we begin the process of refining the projects detail until your renovation design mirrors your dreams and fits your budget.

Construction begins! What you don’t see is all the planning and coordinating that has already happened behind the scenes.  What you will see: an efficient, capable, knowledgeable and confident TQ crew that is seamlessly synchronized and well-prepared.

Construction begins. We oversee the entire project through to completion.  And because we are well aware that renovation is an evolving process, we encourage you to continue sharing your suggestions and ideas as work gets underway.  But rest assured, nothing will stray a hair from our plan without you knowing about it and approving any changes needed.  Nobody likes surprises.
