Often recognized by the annual industry  Georgie Award® for our talented craftsmanship, TQ has won the Gold Award nine times, the Silver Finalist Award fifteen times, and have twice been named the Best Renovator in BC. The Georgie Awards®are produced by The Canadian Home Builders’ Association of BC to celebrate excellence in home building. Entrants and finalists exemplify the high caliber of expertise and hard work that is associated with CHBA BC member companies.

The Canadian Home Builders’ Association also produces the National SAM Awards competition, recognizing excellence and paying special tribute to the achievements of new home builders, home renovators, developers and new home sales and marketing professionals from across the country. The competition is open to member builders, renovators, and land developers.
